Refund and Cancellation Policy


For the purpose of reading these policies, wherever the word “The company” is used, it shall mean “Healing Anonymously Private Limited” , at the time of Booking of Session by the User, the word “Booking”, “Session”, “Appointment” is used, shall mean the Service booked including Chat Based, Video/Audio Based Service.

1.General:

  1. Under no Circumstances, the user shall be entitled to the Refund of Fess paid to the company except when expressly allowed under these Policies or under the description of the Particular Service Availed.
  2. Healing Anonymously Private Limited reserves the right to cancel/ Reschedule any Session at any time by giving an intimation on the registered Email ID of the user. Nothing over and above the fees paid by the user for that particular session can be demanded from the company in whatsoever name.
  3. Healing Anonymously Private limited reserves the right to terminate the ongoing session at anytime during the session, if anything sceptical or against the spirit of Law and General Terms of Services is found.
  4. Refund of Fees paid shall be made ONLY and ONLY in the circumstances mentioned in these Refund policies. Decision of Healing Anonymously Private Limited shall be final and cannot be challenged.

2.Cancellation of Session:

  1. Customer Cancellation:
    • User can cancel the Session up to 2 hours before the Scheduled time of the Session. On Successful cancellation of the session, user will get an E-mail intimating the cancellation of the Session and the Initiation of Refund, if eligible.

      Example: Session if Scheduled at 16:00 IST. The User can request the Cancellation of the Session up to 14:00 IST. No Cancellation request shall be entertained after 14:00 IST.

      However, subject to user’s previous cancellation history, Healing Anonymously Private Limited reserves the right to deny any refund to user pursuant to a cancellation initiated by Buyer even if the same is before 2 hours of the Scheduled Session followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of Healing Anonymously Private Limited.

      If the User cancels the booking of Session within the 2 hours before the Scheduled Session, Healing Anonymously Private Limited shall have a Right to collect a penalty of 100% of the order amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by the company and to compensate the Experts hired by the company for that session.
  2. Non-Costumer Cancellation
    • Healing Anonymously Private Limited Reserves the right to collect a Penalty for the bookings constrained to be cancelled by the company for reasons not attributable to the company, including but not limited to:
      1. In the event if the E-mail ID given by the user is not active or could not be reached for the delivery of Session link.
      2. Failure to contact the user through Email ID given at the time of booking.
      3. Failure of the user to get appropriate Interne Connectivity due to which the session might not be able to work.
      In case of Cancellation for the Reasons attributable to the company or the Expert, the company shall not collect any penalty from the user.
  3. Cancellation due to the absence of Either Party during the Scheduled time of the Session:
    1. Absence of the Expert at the Scheduled Time:
        The user can Cancel/ Reschedule the session after 10 Minutes from the scheduled time of the Session, if the Expert is not available. In that case User shall be Entitled to 100% Refund. Session can also be Rescheduled at the option of the user to next 6 Days.
      Example: If the Session is scheduled at 14:00 IST, the user can Cancel/ Reschedule the Session if the Expert does not start the session up to 14:10 IST
    2. Absence of the User at the Scheduled Time:
      • The Session will start at the scheduled time of the Session. The Expert will wait for the user for 30 Minutes from the Scheduled time. However, No extension of time shall be allowed to the user. The session will end and will be assumed to have been consumed by the user is the user does not show up, up to 30 minutes from the scheduled time of the session.

        Example: If the Session is scheduled at 14:00 IST, the expert will wait for the user till 14:30 IST. If the user does not show up, up t0 14:30 IST, the session will end and shall be deemed to have been consumed.

        Note : The Session will always be deemed to have been started from the time when the Expert is available to take the session after the Scheduled time.
  4. Rescheduling the Session:
    1. User Can Reschedule the Session subject to the following conditions:
      1. Session can be Rescheduled up to 2 Hours before the Scheduled time of the Session. No request to Reschedule shall be entertained within the 2 hours before the Scheduled Session.

        Example: Session if Scheduled at 16:00 IST. The User can request to Reschedule the Session up to 14:00 IST.
      2. Session can be rescheduled only once i.e. Only the original booking can be rescheduled, the rescheduled booking cannot be rescheduled again.
      3. The rescheduled time has to fall within the 6 days from the date of request.

        Example: Scheduled booking time is 16:00 IST, Wednesday. Session can be rescheduled up to 14:00 IST. Sessions available up to Tuesday of the next week can be booked.
      4. Change of Expert is possible only if the Expert who was originally booked is not available during the entire week from the date of request.
  5. Cancellation/ Rescheduling of Session due to Technical Difficulties:
    1. . If at anytime during the Session, there is any kind of Network or other technical issue, the user has to intimate the same to the company through the Contact Button available on the screen throughout the Session. As soon as the technical difficulty is intimated, the company shall check the internet connectivity and other technical Aspects. If the problem is found to be on the part of user’s internet connection, NO Refund or compensation will be given by the company.

      Where the Error is attributable to the company’s Website or infrastructure, the session may be appropriately Extended or the fees may be proportionately refunded, at the discretion of the company.

      Decision of Healing Anonymously Private Limited Shall be final and can not be challenged. Under No case can, anything more that the Amount paid for the session be demanded from the company whether in the name of damage, compensation or any other form.
